He routinely represents parties before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other government bodies on national security\, cybersecurity and communications matters. Gruenspecht has advised clients on CFIUS risk in hundreds of matters and is regularly invited to speak on CFIUS issues. \nJoshua has been recognized as an International Trade: CFIUS Expert by Chambers USA\, as one of the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in Washington\, DC by DCA Live\, and as a leading attorney in The Legal 500 U.S. in the areas of Telecom and Broadcast: Regulatory and Transactional.
