He routinely represents parties before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other government bodies on national security\, cybersecurity and communications matters. Gruenspecht has advised clients on CFIUS risk in hundreds of matters and is regularly invited to speak on CFIUS issues. \nJoshua has been recognized as an International Trade: CFIUS Expert by Chambers USA\, as one of the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in Washington\, DC by DCA Live\, and as a leading attorney in The Legal 500 U.S. in the areas of Telecom and Broadcast: Regulatory and Transactional. Mr. Liu has practiced in leading Wall Street and Silicon Valley law firms for more than seven years\, when he completed more than 100 large-scale transactions\, including mergers\, acquisitions\, investments\, and restructurings\, secured lending totaling more than $7 billion. Mr. Liu now leads the business practices of Liu\, Chen & Hoffman LLP\, a Chinese-American owned boutique business law firm that focuses on cross-border transactions\, intellectual property law and commercial dispute resolutions. Mr. Liu received his Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Georgia. \nYong Chen \nYong Chen is a founding partner of Liu\, Chen & Hoffman LLP. His practices focus on intellectual property law.
