Aaron Spivak is a Healthcare Analyst, working with Isai Peimer on public/private biotechnology investments. Aaron joined BAM in 2025 from Great Point Partners, where he was a Principal specializing in small/mid-cap biotechnology. Previously, Aaron was a Senior Investment Analyst at JFL Capital Management, a short-biased biotechnology hedge fund. Prior to JFL, he worked as an analyst in healthcare at Palkon Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund. Aaron began his career at GlaxoSmithKline as a Scientific Investigator in Computational Biology.

Aaron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD in Computational & Systems Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated from Davidson College with a BS in Biology.
