  2. Conduct analytical method development and validation for assay/related substances analysis, dissolution, physical characterization, and other relevant tests for API and finish drug product
  3. Work on equipment calibration, laboratory facility upkeep, and preventative maintenance

Desirable Qualifications

Position-2: Entry & Senior Formulation Development Scientist

Responsibilities

  1. Perform drug product formulation and manufacturing process development
  2. Conduct equipment calibration, laboratory facility upkeep, and preventative maintenance.
  3. Maintain accurate and complete lab data notebooks. Record and report results of formulation and process studies in accordance with lab procedures and systems
  4. Assist in project technology transfer and outsourcing activities with CRO and CMO

Desirable Qualifications

  1. B.S., M.S. or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  2. Experience in injectable formulation development is a big plus
  3. Must be self-motivated. Possess good interpersonal skills

 

Position-3: Group Leader in Analytical Development

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct analytical method development for physicochemical characterization, analysis and stability testing of drug product
  2. Manage analytical activities with multiple projects, CRO and CMO, and Junior scientists
  3. Lead analytical technology transfer, CMC documentation preparation including analytical method and protocols, SOPs, study reports, etc.
  4. Oversee equipment calibration, laboratory facility upkeep, and preventative maintenance
  5. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry and pharmaceutical development. Minimum 5-year experience for M.S. or 3-year experience for Ph.D. in analytical development
  2. Hand-on experience with modern analytical instruments commonly used in the analysis and characterization of active pharmaceutical ingredient and drug product
  3. Knowledge and understanding of concepts and principles in upstream and downstream of formulation and drug product development will be a plus
  4. Experience in analytical technical writing and problem solving
  5. Effective interpersonal communication skills
