Phase Clinical Services is a full-service biosample and clinical trial CRO located just outside NYC (www.phaseclinical.com). We are active in Southeast Asia and would like to expand our business there. Manage biosample customers and sites, and advise on project strategy. Computer tools are made available if needed.
