During our 5-year journey, we tried many things, made many mistakes, and got famous in several industries primarily due to our commitment to leadership in technology and open collaboration. We did not take an easy route, where you turn the idea into a business plan, hire several big names, and try to build a company that big pharma would buy. Instead, for 5 years we bootstrapped and hired predominantly technical talent through hackathons and competitions to work on the end-to-end drug discovery pipeline and harmonize, and annotate massive amounts of data to build the automated engine for drug discovery that currently surpasses everything out there. Some of the bits and pieces of the engine are published in peer-reviewed journals.

We focused 100% on technology, and over 50% of our staff are deep learning scientists, the rest are software developers, computational chemists, and bioinformaticians. The unpublished results are truly magical and hard to believe. We did not pay adequate attention to business development until we perfected the target identification and small molecule generation technology.

We just closed a $37 million round with some of the most competent VCs in the world in the pharmaceutical industry and in artificial intelligence. Here you can find some testimonies regarding our recent work.

And today it is time for us to hire the C-Suite of amazing business development executives with the Big Pharma background, traditional drug discovery experience, and industry knowledge but with the passion to disrupt the industry.

While we are getting amazing candidates through the recruiters and our phenomenal investors, considering how long and difficult it was to get the technology to work, we can not go wrong. We are looking for the most outstanding industry champions who can take the company to the next level and transform this wonderful technology into big industry partnerships and internal assets.

Internally, we have over a dozen early-stage therapeutic programs with the targets of varying difficulty and confidence. But before we are ready to partner on the internal assets, we need to identify the partnership opportunities in big pharma where Insilico can generate revenue by solving complex problems in target identification or small molecule chemistry.

The company has 5 physical offices with the main offices in Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, and Rockville, Maryland. Here is who we are looking for:
